True restoration is an art that requires as much patience as it does skill. When a piece has suffered real structural damage — cracked leather, separated soles, faded colour, broken stitching — a clean alone is not enough. What it needs is a craftsman.

Our repair and restoration discipline addresses damage at its source. We don't mask problems — we resolve them. Every repair is planned, documented, and executed with materials chosen to match the original as closely as possible.

The measure of a great restoration is that you can't see where the damage was. That is the standard we hold every piece to before it leaves our atelier.

We repair cracked, peeling, and dry leather using specialist fillers and conditioning agents before applying hand-matched pigments to restore original colour. Whether the damage is a deep scratch, a worn patch, or full colour oxidation — we work to restore the appearance of the original material faithfully.
Soles that have separated, crumbled, or worn through are re-bonded using professional-grade adhesives — or fully replaced where necessary. We work across all sole types including rubber, leather, crepe, and speciality designer soles. Welt-stitched repairs are also available for structured footwear.
Worn-down heels are rebuilt or replaced with matched material, restoring the height, posture, and structure of the shoe. We address heel counter collapse, stiletto tip replacement, and block heel restoration — with precision finishing to ensure the repaired area is invisible in use.
Broken or loose stitching on footwear, bags, and jackets is re-sewn using thread matched to the original — both in weight and colour. We reinforce stress points and address seam separation before it becomes a structural failure. Hand-stitching is available for fine leathers and heritage pieces.
The edges of leather goods — bags, belts, soles — are finished with specialist edge dressings that seal, colour, and protect the raw leather edge. Over time these can crack, chip, or peel; we remove the damaged layer and apply a fresh, heat-set edge coat for a factory-like finish.
Bags that have lost their shape, collapsed handles, broken zips, or tarnished hardware are restored inside and out. We reshape bases, replace feet, re-attach handles, service or replace zip mechanisms, and clean and polish hardware — including gold, silver, and palladium-plated fittings.
Biker and leather jackets that have suffered scuffs, scratches, panel fading, or lining damage are fully assessed and treated. We recondition the leather, recolour affected areas, repair seams and zips, and restore lining panels — returning the jacket to its original character without altering its personality.
