Yes. Memberships are billed quarterly and you can cancel or upgrade before your next billing cycle begins. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. We only ask for 7 days' notice before your renewal date.
Each item sent for treatment counts as one service. If you send two pairs of sneakers in a single pickup, that uses two services. You can use your quarterly services all at once or spread them out — it's entirely up to you.
Unused services do not roll over, but we will always remind you before your quarter ends so you can make the most of your membership. If you regularly find you have unused services, it may be worth reviewing your plan.
All items we service — luxury sneakers, designer footwear, leather shoes, handbags, clutches, belts, wallets, leather jackets, and biker jackets — can be included. There is no restriction on brand or material type within our service range.
Your dedicated advisor knows your collection personally — the brands, the materials, how frequently you use each piece, and any past restorations. Instead of explaining your collection from scratch each time, your advisor picks up right where you left off.
Plans are billed quarterly with no minimum commitment beyond the first quarter. We do offer an annual billing option (with a further 8% saving) for members who prefer to pay once upfront — ask us about this when you enquire.
